Hope for the Holidays

The "Hope For The Holidays" Christmas Shop opens each fall as part of Hope House's outreach center. The Christmas Shop is open during normal shopping hours, Monday 7:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday 11:00 am - Noon, or by appointment.

Parents can shop for toys and gifts, selecting what they know their children would like or need most. Then those parents can give those gifts on Christmas from them to their loved ones. Choose from a wide selection of new toys for every age child, and from a variety of gift items too. Childcare is offered during regular shopping hours.

Besides the Christmas Shop, the center offers other holiday events such as a Fall Carnival and Costume Parade, Apple Fair, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas craft classes, kids' Christmas pageant, a Christmas party and caroling. We also have parties on Valentine's Day and Easter as well.

Parents can earn "Mommy Money" coupons by participating in the center's programs to use to purchase toys and gifts. Some special exceptions are made for clients who are brought by area agency representatives.
